A tiny flower...
I should have the rest of the Vander Maas pictures uploaded soon... but until then... I just couldn't resist putting up this one picture of Carter. I snapped it yesterday morning while we were waiting for the VM's to arrive at the park. I love it because he's blowing a dandelion while holding a tiny little flower in his other hand. Dan picked it and asked him to give it to me... but I guess he liked it so much he decided to keep it for himself. :)

The Vander Maas 9...
A few months back our Pastor's wife, Lisa, asked if I would mind taking some family portraits for them. We ended up putting today on the calendar. The very cool part about doing the pictures today is because of something that happened yesterday. Isaiah and Malachi (twin brothers) were officially adopted into the Vander Maas family (click here to see a news story that was done on them yesterday)!! So... this morning Dan, Carter and I spent the morning with the Vander Maas family at a park just up the road from our house. Here are 3 of my favorites... more will be coming soon.

Baseball games...
are so much more fun when Jeff and Tyre are there!! You can actually see Steven in this picture as well. He's on the far right in the baseball uniform. Dan had a meeting from 4pm - 8pm... so the rest of us (minus Fred) headed over to Steven's baseball game for a few hours. They lost... but played an awesome game!
