That was going to be my guess, but is he old enough to even know who Stever Urkle is??
He is Steve Urkle... he must have watched re-runs... because he has the voice down PERFECTLY!! I couldn't stop laughing this morning!
Looks like Steve Urkle to me. But I would be surprised if he even knows who that is!
Nice mouth positioning in the first pic - it is perfect! I mean, not that I ever watched that show or anything...
You should hear him yell... "Laura!!" I just about fell out of my chair the first time he said it... he had it down perfectly!!
