Can I just say that it is too HOT to even breathe outside today. It was hot outside at 6am this morning when I headed down to the school track. I swear I could even see the humidity as soon as I walked out the front door. 4 weeks and counting until September!

uh, not jealous at all! Excited to be back in St. Louis- but not so much to deal with the sweat that will come with it!
